We constantly experimented with the mush pot variety. In this variant, the circle's center is referred to as the mush pot. Assume Mary is sprinting around the circle's periphery, avoiding being tagged by Jane. If Jane tags Mary, Mary is required to sit in the mush pot. When we played, we would pat the mush pot's ground together and exclaim, 'Mush! Mush! Mush!' True, it's quite degrading. Mary must then remain in the mush pot until someone else is assigned to it. Additionally, just because it is a little child game does not imply it cannot be enjoyable for adult players as well. In this instance, the pursuing and tagging may become more severe, but also more enjoyable. I suppose vintage games will always be classic.
Step 3Instruct this youngster to choose a person to play the role of "Goose." When he approaches the target "Goose," he will touch his head and pronounce goose rather than duck. The "Goose" must spring to his feet and pursue him around the circle. If the chosen "It" approaches and sits in the previous "Goose's" seat before the "Goose" can tag him, the Goose becomes "It." If the "Goose" touches "It" before returning to the vacant seat, this youngster must take a seat in the circle's center.
