This Disney Channel original musical film is directed by Kenny Ortega (High School Musical). Mal (Dove Cameron), Malfica's daughter; Evie (Sofia Carson), La Reina Malvada's daughter; Carlos (Cameron Boyce), Cruella de Vil's son; and Jay (Booboo Stewart), Jafar's son, now have a new life in Auradon after deciding to stay instead of returning to the Isla de los Perdidos, the location where all of Disney's villains and villainesses are imprisoned. Now, in âDescendientes 3â, Ben proposes to Mal in the hope that she would accept the offer to be the Queen of Auradon. However, at the height of the love festival, a new villain appears and steals Malfica's cetro. As such, the inhabitants of Auradon, particularly the group from the Isla de los Perdidos, will have to take charge of this new evil force that threatens Auradon's life and peace. And, just as the second installment of âDescendientesâ was much superior to the first in every way (story, music, characters, and messages sent), the third installment maintains the same level of excellence as the first with excellent musical proposals, dances, and vocals.
