Vibram's program, Repair If You Care, seeks to educate customers about the benefits of reusing and mending shoes as a sustainable method of decreasing environmental impact associated with product waste. Vibram encourages users to repair and personalize their shoes rather than discarding them, emphasizing that repair is a good chance for waste reduction and a sustainable decision. Each class will begin with a one-hour meeting with Nike Server and Vibram on the first floor of END. Nike Air Max Day 2020 Releases
The Air Max IV/Air Max 91 is a fusion of the Air Max IV and the Air Max 91 (Big Window) The original "Persian Violet" colorway of the Air Max IV/BW. All Air Max shoes, as the name implies, include one or more transparent pouches of compressed gas inserted in the midsole and visible from the outside of the shoe. Known as "Air units" or "airbags," its claimed objective is to give greater cushioning over conventional foam while simultaneously minimizing weight. Nike Air Max Pre Day Release Date
The Air Max Pre-Day makes an obvious homage to the past, with the upper drawing inspiration from the late 1970s period of runners, namely the Waffle. With floating eyestays, heel pull-tabs, and a stacked tongue, there is a definite modernization attempt, but the clear aesthetic champion is the midsole design. The core of the Air unit is completely removed, isolating the cushion from the surrounding TPU. Additionally, the larger bottom and scooped heel enable for stable foot planting, which maximizes the coverage of the Air unit. The Air Max Pre-Day also supports the brand's Move To Zero effort, as the vamp, quarter, and laces are made entirely of recycled polyester; the tip, rear tab, and tongue overlay are all made entirely of recycled synthetic suede.

The shoe's arresting aesthetic, a cross between the late 1970s and the 2020s, exemplifies a pared-down design philosophy that minimizes material waste with at least 20% recycled content by weight (the upper is 100 percent recycled polyester; the outsole contains approximately 13 percent Nike Grind Rubber) and recasts the Air unit in a new light. The heel Air bag is fully exposed, much as it is on modern Air Max 1s, Air Max 90s, and Air Jordan IIIs, IVs, Vs, and VIs.
