It has evolved into a Trilogy. This is our third collaboration with the Port Street Beerhouse. We took a risk and ordered a Brut IPA. In keeping with the tradition, this Brut IPA features an extra-dry finish and a champagne-like texture. There is a strong presence of passion fruit and mango, as well as a pleasant lingering bitterness. Citra, Vic Secret, Rakau, and Wai-iti are all used in this recipe. It's light, breezy, and zesty.
